The fear with any cleaner is that it takes something of yours while you are not looking. These three rules make that impossible, not just unlikely.
Photos, documents and apps are never suggested, and no rule can name one. “Clear what rebuilds itself” has never included them.
What a rule clears stays in the Trash for a day, so you can put anything back. Then LighterMac removes it for good, because space in the Trash isn’t free space. On a nearly full disk it doesn’t wait.
